Deliveries and returns

We offer the following delivery methods:

Fixed price 49 SEK - Free shipping on orders over 300 SEK

Terms of delivery are also stated in the checkout under each delivery method. 1-3 working days delivery time. We reserve the right to exempt ourselves from all compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. No right of return or exchange on broken packaging.

14-day open purchase

We follow the Distance Contracts Act and therefore you have the right to return ordered goods without giving any reason. You cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order (or a larger part of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in good condition and in the original carton. No right of return for broken packaging according to the Food Act.

Refund

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You will have to pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back.
